Privacy & Cookie Policy

Last updated: 22 August 2026

1. General provisions

This Policy explains what personal data Dr. Mazurenko Aesthetics collects when you use the website, place an order or contact us, how this data is used and protected, and how the site uses cookies and local storage.

By using the website and providing us with your data, you confirm that you have read this Policy.

2. What data we collect

We may receive the following data:

  • first and last name;
  • phone number;
  • email address, if provided;
  • username or contact in the chosen messenger;
  • city, delivery address, postal code or the selected delivery service branch;
  • details of the ordered products, the amount and the payment method;
  • messages, comments and requests sent through the website;
  • technical data, including IP address, device and browser type, pages visited and site operation logs.

Bank card payment details are not stored on the website. Payment is made through the Revolut payment service on its side.

3. What the data is used for

Personal data may be used to:

  • place, confirm and fulfil an order;
  • contact the customer regarding payment and delivery;
  • arrange delivery;
  • handle cancellations, returns and requests;
  • display the history of recent orders on the customer's device;
  • ensure the security and stable operation of the website;
  • analyse overall traffic and improve the website;
  • send offers and news, if the user has given consent.

4. Legal grounds for processing

We process data where it is necessary:

  • to place and fulfil the contract with the customer;
  • to comply with statutory obligations;
  • to ensure security, prevent abuse and improve the website;
  • on the basis of the user's consent — for example, for marketing messages.

Consent can be withdrawn at any time.

5. Who data may be shared with

To process orders and operate the website, data may be shared only with the necessary service providers, including:

  • Supabase — for storing and processing site data;
  • Vercel — for hosting the website and analysing its operation;
  • Telegram — for delivering order notifications to the responsible staff member;
  • Revolut — for processing payment;
  • ACS and other selected delivery services — for delivering the order.

We share only the information necessary to perform the relevant task.

6. Data retention period

Data is kept no longer than necessary to process the order, fulfil obligations, handle requests, ensure security and comply with applicable requirements.

After the necessary period ends, the data is deleted or anonymised, unless its further storage is required.

7. Data on the user's device

Information about recent orders is stored directly on the user's device (see the cookies and local storage section below). The user can delete it by clearing the site data in the browser settings.

An order view link may provide access to its data. Such a link should not be shared with third parties.

8. Cookies and local storage

The website uses cookies, localStorage and sessionStorage to run the cart, remember your language choice, keep order history and support other features.

Cookies are small records saved by the browser. localStorage keeps data until it is deleted, while sessionStorage usually keeps it until the tab or browser is closed.

Language choice

The dm_lang cookie remembers the selected site language, RU or EN. Retention: up to 12 months.

Cart

localStorage under the key dm_cart_v1 stores the items added to the cart: identifier, name, price, image and quantity. Contact and payment details are not stored in the cart. The data is kept until the cart or browser data is cleared.

Order history

localStorage under the key dm_orders_v1 keeps up to the 20 most recent orders: identifier, number, total and the date saved. This lets you return to an order page without creating an account. The information is stored on the user's device until the browser data is cleared.

Interface settings

localStorage under the key dm_lead_v1 remembers that the user has already seen or dismissed the discount offer, so it is not shown again. sessionStorage may temporarily store the scroll position when switching language and the number of products in the catalog.

Analytics

The site uses Vercel Web Analytics to obtain aggregated, anonymised visit statistics.

According to Vercel, Web Analytics does not use third-party cookies and does not create a persistent identifier to track a user across sites. Technical information may be processed, for example the page visited, the referral source, country, device type and browser. Vercel Web Analytics privacy notice

We do not use advertising cookies and do not sell visitor data.

Managing your data

You can delete cookies and locally stored data through your browser settings. After deletion, the following may be lost:

  • the selected language;
  • the contents of the cart;
  • the local order history;
  • saved interface settings.

Blocking the necessary local storage may affect how some site features work.

9. Data protection

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data from loss, unauthorised access, alteration or disclosure.

At the same time, no method of transmitting or storing data on the internet can guarantee absolute security.

10. User rights

In the cases provided for by the GDPR, the user may:

  • request access to their personal data;
  • request the correction of inaccurate data;
  • request the deletion of data;
  • restrict processing;
  • object to processing;
  • request data portability;
  • withdraw previously given consent;
  • lodge a complaint with the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Cyprus.

To exercise your rights, please contact us using the contacts indicated on the website.

11. Marketing messages

Advertising and informational messages are sent only where there is appropriate consent or another legal basis.

The user may opt out of such messages at any time by using the opt-out method in the message or by contacting us.

12. Data of minors

The website and products are not intended for independent use by minors who cannot lawfully place an order without the involvement of a parent or legal representative.

13. Changes to the Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. The current version is published on the website with the date of the last update.
