These Terms govern the use of the Dr. Mazurenko Aesthetics website and the placing of orders through it.

By using the website or placing an order, the customer confirms that they have read these Terms. If the customer has not reached the age of full legal capacity, the order must be placed with the consent of a legal representative.

The website features cosmetic products from various brands. We try to keep descriptions, images, ingredients and recommendations up to date; however, the manufacturer may change a product's packaging or formula without prior notice.

The information on the product packaging takes precedence over the description on the website. Before use, please read the manufacturer's ingredients, directions for use and warnings.

The information on the website and in the blog does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis or the prescription of treatment.

All prices are stated in euros. The final cost of the products, any discount and the delivery cost are shown to the customer before the order is placed.

If a clearly incorrect price is shown on the website due to a technical error, we may contact the customer to confirm the correct price or cancel the order. If the order has already been paid for, the amount paid will be refunded in full.

The customer must provide accurate contact and delivery details.

After an order is placed, the website shows the order number and total. The order may remain in the “Awaiting payment” status until receipt of payment is confirmed.

If an ordered product is out of stock or cannot be delivered, we will notify the customer and offer a replacement or a full refund of the amount paid.

We may cancel an order in the event of suspected fraud, promo code abuse, a pricing error, unavailability of the product or the impossibility of delivery.

Payment is made in euros via the Revolut method indicated on the website.

Dr. Mazurenko Aesthetics does not receive or store bank card data. Payment processing is also subject to Revolut's terms and policies.

An unpaid order may be cancelled if payment is not received within a reasonable time.

Delivery is carried out within the Republic of Cyprus, excluding the territory of Northern Cyprus, in accordance with the terms set out on the “Delivery and payment” page.

Delivery times are approximate and may change due to the carrier's operations, holidays, weather conditions or other circumstances beyond our control.

The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the address, phone number and ACS branch provided.

The rules for cancelling an order, returning products and refunding money are set out in the Return and Refund Policy.

These Terms do not limit the statutory rights of consumers provided for by the laws of Cyprus and the European Union.

Promo codes are valid for the period indicated and are applied in accordance with their terms. Unless expressly stated otherwise, one promo code may be used at a time.

Promo codes are not exchangeable for money and may be cancelled in the event of a technical error, fraud or abuse.

The customer must use the product in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.

Before first use, we recommend carrying out a patch test on a small area of skin. In the case of allergies, skin conditions, pregnancy, breastfeeding or the use of medication, you should consult a qualified specialist.

We are not responsible for the consequences of using a product contrary to the instructions or without regard to known individual contraindications, to the extent such a limitation is permitted by law.

The texts, design, photographs and other materials of the website may not be copied or used for commercial purposes without the rightholder's permission.

Brand names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy. Cookies and local storage are governed by the Cookie Policy.

For questions about an order, the customer should first get in touch using the contacts indicated on the website. We will try to resolve the request within a reasonable time.

The relationship between the parties is governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus and the mandatory consumer protection rules of the European Union. This does not deprive the customer of the rights granted to them by the laws of their country of residence.

We may update these Terms. The new version applies to orders placed after its publication and does not change the terms of orders already accepted.
